Duane Morgan

Duane R. Morgan has been practicing exclusively in the area of personal injury trials since 2004. He specializes in construction accidents, automobile accidents, premises accidents and product defect cases.

Mr. Morgan has obtained numerous verdicts, including $1,000,000 for an illegal immigrant who had his hand caught in a pasta maker at a New York restaurant; $700,000 for an 80-year-old-woman who sustained a
fractured ankle when she stepped off a city bus that failed to kneel the bus; and a $500,000 verdict for a woman who tore a ligament when the mirror of a passing van struck her hand.

One of his most recent settlements was for $600,000 against a general contractor, for a non-union plumber who tore ligaments in his knee and shoulder.
